　　最传统的糕点

　　如果说鲁肉饭是最为人们所熟知的台湾快餐，米血糕无疑就是最传统、历史最悠久的台湾小吃了。米血糕顾名思义，是用糯米和血做成的糕点。在台湾分两种，一种叫猪血糕，用猪血和糯米制成；一种叫米血糕，用鸭血和糯米制成。而吴记选择了更为细腻、口感更好的鸭血来制作。蒸好的米血糕看上去极像黑糯米糕，只是更为平滑，其实它是用白糯米制成的。因为加入了鸭血和台湾油膏的缘故，才呈现出如斯色泽。

　　夹一块入口，香软粘糯，淡淡的甜味中略带一丝咸，洒在表面的花生粉精细到没有粒状物，完全与米血糕的软糯配合起来，是女孩子最中意的口感

The bamboo is very resilient throughout the four seasons, and has come to stand for endurance and courage in the face of hardships.

It’s the symbol of a noble and strong character.And people believed that when this plant is burnt it makes a crackling sound and frightens of evil spirits.

In the past , people burn it especially on New Year Eve.
Later, we had firecraker as a replacement.
Nowdays, firecraker and fireworks are set off for celebration e as old customs .
 
 
Another meaning of the word is Bamboo for Safty.
We say 花开富贵 together with 竹报平安 which means Flowers for riches or wealth.
 
The meaning of Safty comes from this :
The 竹（bamboo） is the material to make 竹简 (zhujian), which is used to write letters on.
竹报(zhubao)  is the alias for family letters.
so 竹报平安 refers to the family letter to report safety.

So， your "made it" actually is a 竹报平安.
 
 
Makes sense? Good enough? Whatever?

The charactor next to 竹报平安 is the date : Chinese New Year of 丙卯 —-
丙parameter 1 and 卯 parameter 2. Parameter1 has 12 values and parameter2 has 10 values, the combination of them can count 60 years.
So your painting should be done in 1986 or 1926 or ….
 
The stamp is a little too art, I think it is 竹王 which is supposed to be the name of the painter, meaning Bamboo King.
