When suggesting a solution to a customer, always include next steps as well as ask for confirmation that the message was received and understood.

When dealing with customers that do not respond, provide a suggested next action or date in which you would hope to hear from them.Â

When working with other organizations, it’s important to follow-up with them until the case has an owner, which is important when maintaining customer satisfaction.

Continue to research and understand our competitors products. Remain current with the business space in which OpenPages operates. Work with other organization on how they assess and address a customers business needs.

When escalating issues or working with complex issues that need further input, always provide the customer with an action plan and a follow-up date.  Â

Continue to develop presentation skills in front of audiences. This will be important when dealing with more senior clients and during technical presentations.Â
