从我很嫩的时候开始，我就面试别人。
UT的几个DD是我招进去的不说，在经济泡沫的时候，我还被其他公司邀请去面试相关职位。
(超级搞笑得是，在我问你答中，我们发现我们其实是网友。。然后还进行了很多私人谈话，面试进行的还算顺利，还拿到了面试费。)
回忆自己某些非寻常的经历也都觉得挺传奇的。嘿嘿。
 
来日本后，因为是正社员，有机会去面试一些派遣。我相信，，每一个面式，我都更不象interviewer.
 
Anyway,在腥风血雨过后，所有其他region close head account, cancel 发出去office的现在, JP还能理直气壮的换大office, 面世新人。可喜可贺~
 
所以呢，我又要狐假虎威出去吓人了。看了一遍简历，没有什么技术含量。
老板意思让我多问技术问题，当然来真格的，我也要先补补课类。

perl jsp怎么会搞到一起去，要听个明白。
还可以顺便问问software life cycle /software development life cycle

也就是说会sql, 起码会select 和 update
但从简历看没有oracle 背景，可以乘机问几个oracle trouble shooting 的问题唬唬他！
