観光・業務のためのシェンゲンビザの申請に必要な書類は以下の通りです：

You are requested to present the following documents in order to apply for a Schengen visa:

1)  写真 １枚（ドイツのパスポ－ト用写真、4.5 x 3.5 cm で写真上の顔の大きさ3.2 cm～3.6 cm、詳細は連邦印刷局–Bundesdruckerei–のホームペ－ジをご参照下さい。アドレスはwww.bundesdruckerei.deで、「Bürgerservice」をクリックし、その後「ePass – Foto Mustertafel」をクリックすると写真の見本表が見られます。規定に合わない写真は受け付けられません）

One recent German passport photograph (4.5 x 3.5 cm, size of the face on the picture: must be between 3.2 cm ～3.6 cm: please see the samples on the homepage of Bundesdruckrei www.bundesdruckerei.de, klick “Bürgerservice” and then klick “ePass – Foto Mustertafel”. You can see the correct size of the German passport photograph. Other photographs cannot be accepted.)

2)  日本国のビザ及び再入国許可（ドイツから最終的に出国する日より３ヶ月以上の有効期限が残っていること）

      Residence permit for Japan and re-entry permit to Japan (exceeding three months after your scheduled return)

3)  銀行の６ヶ月分の残高証明書又は預金通帳

      Bank statement for the last 6 months of bank book

4)  以下のいずれか自分に該当するもの

      One of the following documents:

  b. 会社勤務の場合：在職証明書（できるだけ英語のもの）－入社年月日、具体的な職務内容、給与額、休暇の日数等の記載されたもの－

       Job letter including date of employee, exactly content of job, attestation of salary and duration of annual vacation, if you are working in Japan.

5)  以下の中で該当する書類

      Following documents are also necessary:

 c.  観光旅行又は親戚・知人・友人等を訪問する場合は、訪問先の親戚・知人・友人等が、ドイツ国内の滞在地の外人局（Ausländerbehörde)に出向き、所定の用紙を用いて保証書－Verpflichtungserklärung－（いつから、いつまで、誰々を招待し、滞在中の費用を保証する、との内容）を作成し、外人局の担当官の面前でサインし、そのサインが本人のものである旨を認証してもらって下さい。

       In case, you are travelling as a tourist or visiting your family, relatives or friends in Gemany: You need a guarantee letter (Verpflichtungserklärung) from them. This guarantee letter they can obtain from and get legalized by the local Foreigners Office (Ausländerbehörde).

6)  航空券又は予約の証明書

     Air ticket or voucher (and original air ticket when collecting the visa, if you asked to do so)

7)  ホテルの予約証明

     Hotel reservation

8)  日程表

     Traval itinerary

9)  海外旅行用傷害・疾病保険に加入している証明（補償額が、傷害、疾病で最低430万円以上カバ－されていること）

      Medical insurance for Europe valid for the duration of the visa applied for (Insurance must be covered for injured and hospital at least 4.3 Mill. Yen for each case)

10)  パスポ－ト：ページが２ページ以上残っていること。（ドイツから最終的に出国する日より３ヶ月以上の有効期限が残っていること）

      Passport with a validity exceeding 3 months after your scheduled return date and with more than 2 blank pages

11)  外国人登録証

      Japanese alien registration

12)  ビザ手数料 (Visa fee) ：35ユ－ロ＝5000円位(35 Euro= about 5,000 Yen)、子供はいずれも半額。(Half the fee for children under 18 years of age)

手数料は申請時前払い。

Please pay the fee when you apply for the visa.　

 

注 (Remarks)：

(1) 申請には本人出頭が必要です。

      You have to apply for the visa in person.

(2) 申請の際。書類が不足している場合は申請を受理できません。

     We accept your application only if you have all documents complete.

(3)  他に追加書類の提出を求めることがありますのでご了承下さい。

     In case of our request, there are more documents to submit. 

取得までの所要日数：1～14日位

The processing of your visa application will take approximately 1 ～14 days.

シェンゲンビザは以下の国に共通して有効です (Schengen States):

ドイツ、フランス、オランダ、ベルギ－，ルクセンブルク、スペイン、ポルトガル、イタリア、オ－ストリア、ギリシャ、デンマ－ク、スェ－デン、ノルウェ－、フィンランド、アイスランド（再入国許可書のみの所有者については、特定の国にのみ有効です ので注意して下さい）

Germany, France, The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Austria, Greece, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Iceland
