又想起两年前，这边office的GM引咎被干掉的悲惨事件，就心痛。
 
虽然我天天叫嚣希望公司块倒闭，可我真的不喜欢每个个人有点什么。（小家败气的例外，狠狠），他们都是好老板//// 就喜欢跟着好老板干活，因为你做得好，他会表扬你，你做得不好，他会包容你，因为他知道你自己认识到自己的不足而后改正，比什么都彻底，而且没有副作用。顺便怀念一下和思悦老板混得日子。和前GM练球的午后。和第一次面试的紧张后轻松（老总让我没活干的时候去钓鱼，或者卡拉OK，我一下子就被收买了）.

It is with mixed emotions that I am announcing today that I will step down as Chairman and CEO on December 31, 2006.  While I am sad to be leaving such a wonderful team of people, I am full of optimism for the future of the company and feel the time is appropriate for me to transition the Company to a new leadership team who can take the Company to the next level.Â
